We want you to be a satisfied customer. To ensure it we offer 30 days right to return or change an item (without specifying a reason) when you shop with us.

Return or Change an Item

When you return an item to us, it shall be in the original condition. The item shall not be used and in its original product package and labels. Don’t write or tape directly onto the product packaging.

You pay the shipping cost for a return. If you want to change to another item (for the same price), we will ship the new item free of cost. Use the discount code for free shipping on your return form. It applies for 30 days after your purchase. Did you shop when we ran a campaign that no longer is active? If so, please contact us by email and we will help you adjust the price on your new item.

For returning an item, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the return form that you can find in your package or here, and place it together with the item(s) that you would like to return, either in the original packaging or in a new box. Seal it well.

2. Ship it to us at your own expense.

Observe that you as a customer is responsible that the return package reaches us. Note the ID on the package that you return to us, and ask for a receipt when you ship the package.

We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your return.

Faulty goods

You as a customer is responsible for unpackaging and making sure that the products you received are faultless within 7 days of receiving your goods. If your product should not meet your expectations, we ask that you always contact our Customer Support by email before you return your product(s). Click here to email us.

We abide by the Swedish Commercial Legislation, http://www.konsumentverket.se/languages/english-engelska/. If any dispute should arise, we will abide by the recommendation by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes “Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden”.

Refund

We will refund you what you paid for your product(s) at the latest 7 working days from when we received your return package (regardless to whether you order replacement goods or not). You pay the cost of return yourself, and the original shipping cost is not refunded. We always pay the new shipping cost for exhange items if you choose to order replacement goods. This is managed through the discount freight code on your Return form, which you use when you place your new order (within 30 days of returning the original package).
